Map the process before designing anything
We sit with the people who actually do the work. Most of what makes custom software worth paying for is decided in that week, including the features we talk you out of.
Ship in two-week cycles
Something that runs at the end of every cycle. You review working software on a real URL rather than a progress report, and you can change direction while it is still cheap.
Hand it over properly
Documented code, every credential in your name, and a walkthrough with whoever will maintain it. Whether that is our team or yours is your decision, not a dependency.

Common questions.
Can you work with the system we already have?
Usually. We start with a paid audit of the existing code and infrastructure, because taking on someone else's system blind is how both sides end up unhappy. The audit tells you honestly whether extending it or rebuilding it is the better spend, and the assessment is yours either way.
We already have a designer. Can you build only?
Yes. If you bring finished designs we will build to them and tell you where something will be expensive or awkward in practice before we start. If the designs are unfinished we will say that too rather than build around the gaps.
What happens after it launches?
Either a support retainer covering maintenance, hosting, monitoring and updates, or a clean handover to your own team with documentation. Both are fine. What we will not do is leave you unable to change your own software.
