Prizma Digital is a software, SaaS and AI automation company in Kathmandu. We design the platforms businesses run on, ship two products of our own, and run the growth work that puts them in front of customers.

Five
Capabilities under one roof
Our mark is a prism: one beam of light enters, a full spectrum leaves. The company is built the same way. One team, split into five capabilities, all pointed at the same business problem instead of five vendors pointed at each other.
Internal tools, customer portals, dashboards, CRM and ERP-style systems. Built on a stack you can hire for locally and documented so you are never locked to one vendor.
Android and iOS, with the API and admin panel behind them. Store submission, release management and post-launch updates are part of the work, not an extra.
Assistants and chatbots grounded in your own content, document processing, and automation that removes the copy-paste work between tools you already pay for.
Multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, roles, permissions and usage analytics. We run two SaaS products of our own, so none of this is theory.
SEO, social, performance marketing, content and lead generation, measured against pipeline and revenue rather than impressions.
A digital business has two halves: the system that runs it and the marketing that fills it. Split them across two vendors and the decisions stop lining up. The platform cannot support the campaign, and the campaign cannot explain the platform. Prizma Digital was built to hold both, so the people who build your product are the people who know how customers find it.

Four things that are true of every engagement, and that you are welcome to hold us to.
The team that builds your platform is the team that markets it. One scope, one invoice, and nobody stuck translating between a development agency and a marketing agency.
Prizma360 and GoBrandIt are ours. We carry the same billing, uptime and Saturday support problems we design for clients, which is why our estimates are not optimistic.
Code, repositories, hosting, domains, ad accounts and analytics are in your name from day one, with documentation at handover. Leaving us should always be possible.
Scope, timeline and price are written down before work starts, and changes are priced in writing before they happen rather than discovered in an invoice later.
Two products of our own, running in production. They are how we keep the engineering honest, because we carry the same uptime, billing and support problems we design for clients.
Business platform
An all-in-one business hub that pulls the operational side of a company, its customers, work and day-to-day admin, into one place instead of a spreadsheet, a chat thread and three disconnected tools.
Social media SaaS
A content operating system for brands and agencies. Ideas start on a board, move through review and approval, and become scheduled posts across every connected account.
01
We map the process before opening a code editor. Most of a project's value is decided in this first week: what to build, and just as often what not to.
02
A written scope, a timeline and a fixed set of deliverables before any money moves. If something falls outside it we say so, rather than absorbing it quietly and slipping the date.
03
Two-week cycles, each ending in something that actually runs. You review working software, not a status report.
04
Once it is live we keep it running and put the marketing side to work, so the thing we built actually gets used.
Pick the shape that matches the work. We will tell you if you have picked the wrong one.
A defined build with a written scope, milestones and a fixed price. Best when you already know what you need and want a predictable number.
Developers and marketers assigned to you on a monthly basis. Best when the work is ongoing and priorities move week to week.
Maintenance, hosting, monitoring and a marketing budget managed month to month after launch. Best once the thing is live and needs to stay that way.
We are not specialists in any one industry, and we will say so. What carries across is the shape of the problem: bookings, inventory, customers, billing and the marketing that feeds them.
Retail and e-commerce

You will not find case studies with fabricated ROI figures on this site, or testimonials from people who do not exist. The previous version of this website had both, and they have been removed rather than rewritten. What we do instead is walk you through real projects on a call, including what went wrong in them, and give you client references you can contact directly.
The short answers. There are more on the services page.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
Kathmandu-5, KMC, in Bagmati. We work with businesses across Nepal and with companies in the United States. Kathmandu is UTC+5:45, which gives a full overlap with Europe and a workable one with US mornings.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and anyone quoting before a scoping call is guessing. We run a short discovery, write the scope down, and give you a fixed price against that document. If the scope changes later, the price change is written down before the work happens.
How long does a build take?
A focused build is usually four to eight weeks. A full platform with billing, roles and integrations is more often three to six months. We work in two-week cycles, so you see something running every two weeks rather than waiting for a reveal at the end.
Can we hire you for only marketing, or only software?
Yes, either on its own, and most clients start with one. The advantage of both sitting in the same company is that when the marketing hits a limit in the product, or the product needs traffic to prove itself, the fix does not need a second vendor.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from day one. Repositories, hosting, domains, ad accounts and analytics are created in your name or transferred to it, and every credential is handed over at the end alongside the documentation.
Notes on the technology we work with and what it actually changes for a business.
AI and analytics
Where AI genuinely improves reporting and decision-making, and where it mostly adds cost.
AI and analytics
What changes in an organisation when the reporting stops being retrospective.
AI and analytics
The unglamorous work between a database and a dashboard somebody actually uses.
A short call, an honest scope and a clear price. If we are not the right fit for the work, we will tell you that too.
