We build the technology behind businesses, and the marketing that grows them.
Prizma Digital is a software, SaaS and AI automation company in Kathmandu. We design the platforms businesses run on, ship two products of our own, and run the growth work that puts them in front of customers.

Building since
Nepal + US
Markets we work in
Two
SaaS products of our own
Five
Capabilities under one roof
One beam in. Five capabilities out.
Our mark is a prism: one beam of light enters, a full spectrum leaves. The company is built the same way. One team, split into five capabilities, all pointed at the same business problem instead of five vendors pointed at each other.
Software and web applications
Internal tools, customer portals, dashboards, CRM and ERP-style systems. Built on a stack you can hire for locally and documented so you are never locked to one vendor.
Mobile apps
Android and iOS, with the API and admin panel behind them. Store submission, release management and post-launch updates are part of the work, not an extra.
AI and automation
Assistants and chatbots grounded in your own content, document processing, and automation that removes the copy-paste work between tools you already pay for.
SaaS product development
Multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, roles, permissions and usage analytics. We run two SaaS products of our own, so none of this is theory.
Marketing, search and paid ads
SEO, social, performance marketing, content and lead generation, measured against pipeline and revenue rather than impressions.
Most agencies stop at the website. We start there.
A digital business has two halves: the system that runs it and the marketing that fills it. Split them across two vendors and the decisions stop lining up. The platform cannot support the campaign, and the campaign cannot explain the platform. Prizma Digital was built to hold both, so the people who build your product are the people who know how customers find it.

We do not only build software for other people.
Two products of our own, running in production. They are how we keep the engineering honest, because we carry the same uptime, billing and support problems we design for clients.
Business platform
Prizma360
An all-in-one business hub that pulls the operational side of a company, its customers, work and day-to-day admin, into one place instead of a spreadsheet, a chat thread and three disconnected tools.
Still needed from Umesh: live product URL, two or three screenshots, one confirmed positioning line, and the feature list to show here.
Social media SaaS
GoBrandIt
A content operating system for brands and agencies. Ideas start on a board, move through review and approval, and become scheduled posts across every connected account.
Still needed from Umesh: live product URL, two or three screenshots, pricing summary, and confirmation of the positioning line above.
Four steps, and you see progress at every one.
01
Understand the business
We map the process before opening a code editor. Most of a project's value is decided in this first week: what to build, and just as often what not to.
02
Scope it in writing
A written scope, a timeline and a fixed set of deliverables before any money moves. If something falls outside it we say so, rather than absorbing it quietly and slipping the date.
03
Build in short cycles
Two-week cycles, each ending in something that actually runs. You review working software, not a status report.
04
Launch, measure, grow
Once it is live we keep it running and put the marketing side to work, so the thing we built actually gets used.
This section stays empty until it can be honest.
The previous site carried four case studies with invented ROI figures and five testimonials from people who do not exist. They are gone. Real projects go here, named, with outcomes we can defend if a client calls to check them.
Still needed from Umesh: four to eight projects. For each one, the client name or an honest unnamed description, what was built, the stack, one defensible outcome, and one image.
Tell us what you are trying to build.
A short call, an honest scope and a clear price. If we are not the right fit for the work, we will tell you that too.
