Prizma Digital Pvt. Ltd. is a technology and digital growth company based in Kathmandu. We build custom software, SaaS platforms and AI automation — and we run the SEO, advertising and content that put them in front of customers.
Prizma Digital began in 2017, building websites and software for businesses in Kathmandu. The same problem kept coming back: a client would get a good system built and then have nobody to market it, or run good campaigns pointing at a product that could not carry the traffic. So we built the other half of the company.
Today we work across Nepal and the United States, on client software and on two SaaS products of our own. We are not a two-hundred-person firm and we will not pretend to be one. The advantage of our size is that the people who scope your project are the people who build it — and they are still there when you call in month nine.

These are not aspirations on a wall. They are the four rules that decide what we quote, what we refuse and what goes on this website.
An estimate that is wrong helps nobody. We would rather lose a project at the quote stage than find the gap in month three and hand you the bill for it.
A feature nobody opens is a cost, not an asset. We push back on scope that will not survive contact with your team, even when the bigger scope pays us more.
No fabricated case studies, no borrowed testimonials, no statistics we cannot source. If a number appears on this site, we can show you where it came from.
Documented code on a mainstream stack, and every credential in your name. Leaving us should always be possible, even if you never do it.
Not a methodology diagram. These are the five habits that decide whether a project goes well, and the ones we expect to be judged on.
A short discovery, a written scope, then a fixed price against that document. When the scope changes later, the change is written down and priced before anyone starts building it.
Not a percentage on a status report. A running environment you can open and click through, so the things we misunderstood surface while they are still cheap to fix.
You are not passed between a salesperson, a manager and a developer who have never spoken to each other. Whoever runs your kickoff call is still there at handover.
Repositories, hosting, domains, ad accounts, analytics. You hold the credentials from the first week, not once the final invoice clears.
If a budget will not reach a finish line, or a deadline only works if nothing goes wrong, we say so before you commit rather than three months in.

Why is there no client list or case studies on this site?
Because we would rather show none than show invented ones. An earlier version of this site carried testimonials, logos and statistics that arrived with a purchased theme and were never real. They have been removed. Client work goes back up here as clients agree to it being published, with their names attached.
Where are you based, and does that matter?
Kathmandu, Nepal. It matters in one practical way. Kathmandu is UTC+5:45, which overlaps with United States mornings, the whole European afternoon and the full Australian working day. Calls, demos and written updates run in your time zone rather than ours.
Do you charge fixed price or by the hour?
Fixed price against a written scope for defined projects, and a monthly retainer for ongoing work such as marketing, support and maintenance. Billing by the hour rewards taking longer, so we avoid it wherever the work can be scoped.
What happens if we want to leave?
You take everything with you. Code, documentation, credentials, hosting, domains, ad accounts and analytics are already in your name, so there is nothing to negotiate for. Leaving should always be possible, even if you never do it.
Do you build your own products, or only client work?
Both. We run Prizma360 and GoBrandIt ourselves. That changes the client work more than it sounds: billing, roles and permissions, and upgrades under real load are the parts that get under-estimated on a slide, and we have already paid for getting them wrong on our own time.
How do we start?
A scoping call, at no charge and with nothing to sign. If we think the project is not worth doing, or not worth doing with us, that is what you will hear on the call rather than after a deposit has changed hands.
Ask us for references, ask what went wrong on a past project, ask what we would not take on. Those answers tell you more than a portfolio does.
